9 Years of Beers

In early December we got to celebrate our 9th anniversary at our Palmdale location. Nine years ago, we opened our doors with a dream: to craft exceptional beer and create a welcoming space where friends, families, and beer enthusiasts could gather, laugh, and share unforgettable moments. Looking through our pictures of the anniversary party, we are overwhelmed with gratitude for the journey that has brought us here—a journey made possible by you, our thoughtful customers, and the community we call home.

From the very beginning, our mission has been about more than just beer. It’s about the people who share in the experience—the regulars who have become family, the newcomers who we’ve welcomed, and everyone in between. Your unwavering support, kind words, and enthusiasm for what we do fuel our passion every single day. We wouldn’t be here without you, and for that, we say thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Over the past nine years, you have allowed us to to experiment, innovate, and refine our recipes to bring you unique and unforgettable flavors. From our flagship beers to limited-edition or seasonal releases, every pint poured represents our love for the craft. Knowing that our beer has been a part of your celebrations, milestones, and everyday moments fills us with pride and joy. Additionally, you have given us opportunities to grow. With our Lancaster restaurant and Santa Clarita tasting room, we couldn’t be happier to give you more places to gather for a beer.

As we reflect on these incredible nine years, we can’t help but dream about the future. We’re excited to continue growing, experimenting, and finding new ways to connect with you all. Whether it’s through new beer releases, themed events, or simply sharing stories over a pint, we’re looking forward to the many adventures still to come.
